Introducing

MSC Spain Legal & Claims Dept. was created at the end of year 2000 under our Principals' request as a result of the internal restructure process that the Shipping Line was undertaking in order to adapt the Company's organization to the new needs and requirements derived from the important growth process experienced.

The Department is located in Valencia and is the only intermediary appointed between Spain and the Legal headquarters in Geneve (MSC Geneve Legal Dept).
