| NEW RATE INCREASES FOR EXPORTS FROM THE MEDITERRANEAN TO ALL PORTS OF LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN | 09/09/2009 |
MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company regrets to inform that, in order to guarantee the quality and regularity of their service, they are obligated to implement a rate increase for all export shipments originating in the Mediterranean, North West Continent, Scandinavia and Baltic Sea to all destinations in Latin America and the Caribbean. With effect from the 1st October 2009, the increase will be applied as follows in addition to the current freight already in force: · México: 380 USD / 20´and 480 USD / 40´. · Caribbean: 150 USD / 20´and 300 USD / 40´. · South America Atlantic: 200 € / 20´and 400 € / 40´. · South America Pacific and Central America: 200 € / 20´and 400 € / 40´.
