EMERGENCY RATE RESTORATION SURCHARGE(ERR)

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company informs to their clients about the decision to continue with the 2009 Emergency Rate Restoration program.

Therefore with effect from the 01 October 2009, MSC will implement an additional ERR with the quantum of:

· US $ 200 per TEU from South East Asia, China, Hong Kong, Korea and Japan

This ERR is to apply to all cargo with destination to the North West Continent, United Kingdom, Scandinavia, Baltic, Mediterranean and Black Sea.
