RESTRUCTURING OF THE SOUTH AMERICAN EAST COAST SERVICE

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company is pleased to announce the reduction of transit times between the principal ports of Brazil and Valencia, at the same time maintaining its two weekly services from the South American East Coast with direct calls to the Mediterranean.

The principal advantages of the restructuring of this service are as follows:

1. Two weekly departures from the ports of Rio Grande, Navigantes and Santos, both calls with direct service to Valencia.

2. The wide coverage of Ports in the South American East Coast with weekly departures from Asunción (Paraguay), Rosario (Argentina), Zarate (Argentina), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Montevideo (Uruguay) and the Brazilian ports of Rio Grande, San Francisco, Navegantes, Paranagua, Santos, Rio Janeiro, Itaguai, Vitoria, Salvador, Suape, Pecem, Belem and Manaus.

3. Improved transit times from Santos (10 days), Rio Grande (12 days), Paranagua (14 days), San Francisco (15 days) and Navegantes (16 days).

4. Guarantee of space and equipment in all the ports thanks to the deployment of four our own vessels with calls every week with destination to Europe.

5. Connection feeder with the Ports of Bilbao, Gijon, Vigo, Cadiz, Malaga, Cartagena, Tarragona, Tenerife from the Ports of Las Palmas, Valencia and Barcelona.
